Singer and actor, Alain Daniel is one of our most popular singer in Cuba today He is a graduate from Amadeo Roldan Conservatory. In his artistic career he joined Constellation, Conexion Salsera and Estilo Fantastico. Also we remember him during his stay in Bamboleo, under the direction of Lazarito Valdes. It was in this popular band that Alain Daniel left his mark not only as a singer but also as an author, few of his works, El Zorreo and El Boom Boom. In 2005 he created his own orchestra, which along with other groups they are redefining the sound of the new Cuban timba.
Alain Daniel Roque Pico was born on August 27, 1977 in Santo Suarez, Havana. Alain Daniel Pico Roque began his musical studies at the Conservatorio Amadeo Roldan. After finishing his studies he traveled to Mexico where he worked with a Mexican group. He also spent 5 years doing shows at the Cabaret Parisien, National Hotel of Cuba, from 1997 to 2001. Artistically has a lot of influence from his family, especially his grandparents and uncles who were musicians of lifetime; including his grandmother was the director of the trio “Las Hermanas Carmen”. Also he was part of one of the most popular groups in Cuba “Bamboleo”; where he played a key role as a singer and composer of several songs that have reached popularity as “El Chisme”, “Mi negra tiene Boom Boom”, “El Zorreo”, among others.
